How to Create Some Space Under the Drawer

Need some extra space? Looking for a place to put important documents and papers? This guide will help you to create the empty space under a drawer into a important hiding space for your papers,etc.

Find a dresser or a cabinet with a removable bottom drawer.

Locate the bottom drawer.

Pull the drawer towards you.

When the drawer seems to stop, pull the drawer upwards and continue to pull it towards you until you can see that that the drawer has been properly taken out.

If the area has dust ,cobwebs ,dirt, etc.,then remove it with your cleaning supplies.

Tips

  • To protect any objects in the area, place a piece of cloth at the bottom of the space.
  • It might be helpful to have a place to put the drawer.

Warnings

  • This will only work when the bottom cabinet can be removed.
  • Don't remove the cabinet that often as the drawer can wear out and break.
  • Be sure not to cut or scratch yourself on the sharp edges of your drawer.
